King Smash Repairs operates two service locations:

We provide smash repairs, spray painting, ADAS calibration, accident towing, heavy towing, roadside assistance, and breakdown towing across the Far South Coast of NSW and Snowy Mountains.
Our website is provided for general information only. You must not use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access systems, data, or content without permission.
No contractual agreement for towing or repairs is formed through the website. Service bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, in person, or through our authorised systems.
All quotations provided by us are estimates only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Quotes may change if additional damage is identified.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of assessment.
A quote is not binding until approved by both the customer and, where applicable, their insurer.
For insurance-related work:
We follow the insurer’s approved scope of work.
Repairs cannot exceed the insurer’s authorised amount unless the customer agrees in writing.
If an insurer delays, withdraws, or declines a claim, the customer becomes responsible for all costs.
To ensure safe and accurate service delivery, customers must:
Provide accurate vehicle information.
Provide access to the vehicle and its keys.
Remove personal items from the vehicle before repair or towing.
Advise us of safety concerns such as fuel leaks or electrical faults.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment for non-insurance repairs is due upon vehicle collection.
Towing fees must be paid at the time of service unless prior arrangements are approved.
We reserve the right to require deposits on major repairs.
We may charge storage fees if a repaired vehicle is not collected within a reasonable time.
Towing services are offered across the Far South Coast and Snowy Mountains regions. By requesting a tow, the customer accepts the following:
Charges depend on distance, conditions, and vehicle type.
Additional fees may apply for after-hours, public holidays, off-road access, or complex recoveries.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe vehicle conditions or pre-existing defects.
Vehicles stuck in mud, sand, water, or embankments may incur higher recovery costs.
Loan cars may be available subject to approval.
Drivers must hold a valid licence.
Fuel, tolls, infringements, or damage remain the customer’s responsibility.
A loan car may be withdrawn at any time if required by business needs.
We provide warranties in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Workmanship warranty applies to repairs performed by King Smash Repairs.
Paint and structural warranties vary depending on parts and repair methods.
Warranty does not apply where damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear.
Warranty does not cover unrelated mechanical failures.
If you believe a repair is faulty, please contact us immediately.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss.
Loss of income, rental, or business use.
Damage caused by pre-existing vehicle defects.
Damage arising from customer misuse or failure to follow instructions.
Personal items left inside a vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may refuse or withdraw services where:
A vehicle is unsafe to tow or repair.
There is a risk to staff safety.
A customer behaves aggressively or unlawfully.
Information provided is false or misleading.
All website content, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by King Smash Repairs unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute website content without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in NSW courts or tribunals.
If you have a dispute about services provided, please contact us first to attempt resolution.
If unresolved, parties may use mediation before initiating court action, unless urgent relief is required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
