Our reputation is built on the quality of our team. We’re looking for dedicated professionals who share our commitment to excellence and understand what it takes to deliver flawless results. If you hold yourself to a high standard, you’ll fit right in.
An eye for detail is what makes you stand out—because in this trade, precision is the difference between good and exceptional.
When you’re committed to the craft, you don’t just get the job done—you nail it every time. It’s about pride in your work, attention to detail, and leaving something behind that makes people say, ‘That’s bloody top-notch.
A team-first mindset means backing each other up, sharing the load, and getting the job done right—because great work happens when we work together.
Andrew White leads from the workshop, not an office. He knows the trade inside-out because he started his career on the tools, and that hands-on experience shapes his entire leadership style. His philosophy is simple and respected by the team: give skilled people the best equipment to do their job, trust them to do it right, and create a professional environment where quality always comes first. The team calls him “one of the good ones” because he understands the work, respects the craft, and has built a workshop that runs on skill, not politics.
Our team is our biggest asset, and we’re proud that so many have chosen to build their careers with us—some for over 19 years. Their experience and pride in their work is what sets us apart.
We work on everything from brand new cars to trucks, buses, and caravans, so the work is always varied. While we handle minor jobs, our Eden workshop specialises in the bigger, more complex repairs, including major structural work and chassis straightening, which keeps the job interesting and challenging.
We invest heavily in the best technology because, as our team says, "Andrew likes to keep up with technology." Our workshops are clean, professional, and equipped with industry-leading gear, including brand new spray booths, a Car-o-liner for chassis alignment, and a PPG spectrometer for perfect colour matching.
We understand the need for discretion and all enquiries are treated with the strictest confidence. The best first step is to fill out the form on our website or give Andrew a direct, confidential call to have a chat about the opportunities available.
It's a straightforward and respectful process. It usually starts with an informal, confidential chat with the owner, Andrew, to discuss your experience and what you're looking for. It's less of a formal interview and more of a conversation to see if we're a good fit for each other.
Absolutely. Many of our team members moved here for that exact reason. It's a safe, quiet, and community-minded area with a more relaxed pace of life, making it an ideal place for kids to grow up.
Our team is incredibly stable, which speaks volumes about the culture. Many of our key staff have been with Andrew for the long haul—some for over 19 years. We are proud to have a team built on experience, loyalty, and a shared commitment to quality.
It's a genuine 40-hour week condensed into four 10-hour days (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm), giving our entire team a three-day weekend, every single week. While the days are longer, the team finds it's a trade-off that's well worth it. As our spray painter Dylan said, "You get used to it pretty quick, but the benefits are unreal," because having a full day off every Friday for appointments, family, or hobbies makes a huge difference. As our bookkeeper Lynette put it, "We would never go back."
Absolutely. Our team is incredibly stable, with many key staff members having been with Andrew for the long haul—some for over 19 years. That's because we are a growing business that believes in promoting from within and building long-term careers. Our Eden manager, Scott, is a perfect example: he started as a tradesman on the floor and progressed into management. We value the experience that skilled tradespeople bring and look to them to become the mentors and leaders in our workshops.
We've built a professional and supportive team that feels like a family. There is a lot of good-natured banter, but everyone is focused on doing great work and helping each other out. We don't have workshop politics; we just have a crew that respects one another.
It’s the opportunity for a genuine lifestyle change. As our heavy tow driver Brett, who moved from Sydney, says, "You couldn't pay me enough money to live in another city." You get to escape the traffic, enjoy a quieter pace of life, and live just minutes from some of the country's most beautiful beaches. It's also an incredible place to raise a family; as Dan from Pambula puts it, "It's a good place to raise kids... it's quiet, you don't have the traffic." It’s the chance to have a professional career without sacrificing your quality of life.
